Modular Office

7 m × 3 m (23′0″ × 9′10″)
from £12,999 + VAT
This modular building is a long, rectangular single-story structure with a flat roof and dark charcoal-grey vertical slat cladding running along its length. The front-facing wall features three large glass door/window panels with dark metal frames, evenly spaced and topped by a slim overhanging awning strip. The narrower end wall has one smaller square window. The structure sits on a paved walkway bordered by neatly trimmed grass, shrubs, and ornamental grasses. Two dark sandwich-board signs stand nearby—one advertising an apartment community, the other listing development features—while modern apartment buildings and landscaped greenery fill the background under a bright blue sky with scattered clouds.
A small separate room provides additional space that can be used for storage or adapted to suit your needs, while the external roller shutters provide added protection for the glazing. * Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. * All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. * Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. * The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right.
This modular space is a long, narrow beauty salon with a bright, elegant interior. Down the left side runs a row of tall floor-to-ceiling windows and a glass door, flooding the room with natural sunlight and casting long shadows across the dark wood-toned floor. The ceiling is smooth white with rectangular pendant lights spaced evenly along its length. To the right, styling stations line the wall beneath large mirrors framed in warm brass, paired with white counters holding neatly arranged bottles. Beige leather salon chairs sit at each station, while the rear wall displays "SALON BEAUTY" lettering above a soft seating nook with armchairs, plants, and a round table.

This is an interior view of a modular room with a clean, minimalist finish. The walls and ceiling are clad in smooth cream-toned paneling, creating a bright, neutral backdrop. Two rectangular LED strip lights run diagonally across the sloped ceiling, providing even illumination. The far wall features a full-height glass door with a black frame at its center, flanked by a narrower window on each side, all offering views of a gravel lot with parked cars outside. Sunlight streams through, casting bright reflections onto the dark walnut-toned laminate flooring, which contrasts warmly against the pale walls. The space feels open, empty, and ready for furnishing.
